Comments
This well-built 18-year-old home is in good condition overall and has been well maintained. The asphalt shingle roof covering and brick chimney are new and in good repair. The exterior of the home is well maintained. Exterior trim has recently been painted. The structure shows very little movement over the life of the building. The home is equipped with a large 200-amp electrical service. The visible distribution wiring is copper. The heating system includes a gas-fired high-efficiency furnace. An apparent two-ton central air conditioner provides cooling. Copper supply and plastic waste piping may be expected to provide many more years of service. The attic insulation appears to be at modern levels. This should help reduce utility costs and improve comfort in the home. The basement has been professionally finished. The interior of the home is generally well maintained.
