We base our fees on a combination of the age and size
of each home.
Home Buyers - Pre-purchase Inspections start at $444.00
+ GST
Home Sellers - Pre-listing Inspections start at $499.00
+ GST
Larger/Older Homes - require more time and are priced
accordingly
Our customer service personnel will confirm all of
your booking details with you.
Additional Inspection Services
Condo Apartment = $395.00 + GST
Pre-Listing Inspection Walk-through = $249.00 + GST
Basement Apartment = $35.00 on top of base inspection

Cancellation
Policy
We
recognize that things move quickly and change often
during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain
as much flexibility as we can with our clients in
terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require
reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations
in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment
with another interested client.
