Comments

This solid masonry home has been extensively renovated on the exterior and interior with many high quality finishes. The upgraded asphalt shingle is relatively new and in good repair. Other recent exterior improvements include wall insulation and stucco (EIFS), wood casement windows as well as aluminum soffit/fascia and eavestroughs. The landscaping is well executed and well maintained.

The home is serviced by a 100-amp circuit breaker panel with copper distribution wire. The heating system is operating properly, and with good maintenance, this type and age of system will typically provide several more years of service.

New and/or refinished hardwood flooring covers most of the main floor. Attention to detail is evident throughout.
